What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).  Credit card orders can be placed online using our secure server 

Customers paying by wire will receive wiring instructions. We must receive confirmation from our bank that a wire transfer has been completed before items can be shipped. At our sole discretion, we may require bank wire payment for any international orders.

ส่วนลูกค้าที่ชำระเงินด้วยการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคารจะได้รับคำแนะนำในการโอน โดยที่เราจำเป็นต้องได้รับการยืนยันจากทางธนาคารก่อนว่าการโอนเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์ก่อนจึงจะจัดส่งสินค้าข้ามประเทศได้ ในส่วนนี้ทางเราอาจกำหนดวิธีการชำระเงินผ่านธนาคารตามดุลยพินิจของเราด้วย

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Only domestic orders within the Kingdom of Thailand will be charged a sales VAT tax of 7%.For international orders, once the package arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to collect any import taxes or duties.  Please contact our Customer Service at info@anyallerie.com to find out the import taxes or duties for your specific country.

สินค้าหรือบริการที่ฉันซื้อรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มแล้วหรือไม่?

ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7% (VAT) จะคำนวณรวมกับการซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการที่เกิดขึ้นในราชอาณาจักรไทย ส่วนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าหรือบริการข้ามประเทศนั้น เมื่อพัสดุถึงประเทศปลายทางแล้วลูกค้าจะได้รับแจ้งค่าภาษีนำเข้าและอากรภายหลัง กรุณาติดต่อ info@anyallerie.com เพื่อตรวจสอบอัตราภาษีนำเข้าแต่ละประเทศ

Your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase.

Is shopping with Anyallerie secure?

Yes, Anyallerie ensures that our customers' purchases are secure. We use secure encryption and fraud protection for all credit card transactions. All sensitive data is encrypted using 256-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL).

What is your return, refund and exchange policy?

Since every order is a special designed custom piece, we do not offer any returns, refunds or exchanges.  We will walk you through entire design process and have you approved the sketches and models of your jewelry.  If there are any changes you would like to make, we will be happy to make the changes along the way.

นโยบายการรับเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้าและคืนเงินของ อัญญเลอรี คืออะไร?

เนื่องจากทุกการสั่งซื้อเป็นชิ้นงานที่ออกแบบพิเศษ เราจึงไม่มีนโยบายคืน/เปลี่ยนสินค้า หรือการคืนเงิน ปกติแล้ว เราจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการออกแบบทั้งหมดและให้คุณอนุมัติแบบร่างเครื่องประดับของคุณ หากคุณต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงใด ๆ เรายินดีที่จะทำการเปลี่ยนแปลงระหว่างการผลิตชิ้นงาน

What is covered by your warranty?

All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. We stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. 

In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services, your jewelry can be sent back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.

Please note for international orders, you may incur custom taxes and duties, upon return shipment of the jewelry.  Please contact Customer Service at info@anyallerie.com for more information.

 การรับประกันสินค้าครอบคลุมอะไรบ้าง?

เครื่องประดับทั้งหมดของเราผลิตขึ้นโดยใช้วัสดุที่มีคุณภาพสูงสุดและมีการตรวจสอบก่อนส่งมอบ เราคอยดูแลทุกอย่างที่เราขายและรับประกันว่าสินค้าทั้งหมดจะปราศจากข้อบกพร่องใด ๆ จากขั้นตอนกระบวนการผลิต ณ วันเวลาส่งมอบ 

ในกรณีที่เครื่องประดับของคุณมีปัญหา หรือต้องการบริการอื่น ๆ คุณสามารถส่งเครื่องประดับของคุณกลับไปที่ออฟฟิศของเราเพื่อทำการประเมินได้ ภายหลังการตรวจสอบแล้วหากมีการเรียกเก็บเงิน คุณจะได้รับแจ้งก่อนที่จะดำเนินการปรับแก้ไขใด ๆ
